The Hidden Ridge Resort Banff, Banff

The hotel provided a mix of experiences with rooms that are in need of a bit of a renovation but boasting the best honeymoon suite we have ever stayed in. The service was exceptional with friendly and very helpful staff, although there were some inconsistencies in policies. The location was fine, needing a little TLC, but the free shuttle service made up for it. The dining experience was enjoyable with small offerings, and the facilities were up to standard.
